Declared of cultural interest, dates from the period after the Christian conquest, with extensions to the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries.
Rough stone buildings that comprise it have constructive characteristics and aesthetics of Gothic and preserved original architecture. It also features Baroque and Art Nouveau buildings. Among the most prominent buildings is the fortified church of Santa Caterina, the hermitage of the Divina Pastora and the living Jurats i Justicies.
